Conference Renewable energy

Toulaye Engineering at ICPRE 2026, Shanghai

From September 18 to 22, 2026, Toulaye Engineering Services attended the 11th International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy (ICPRE 2026) in Shanghai, along with an industry trade show in Hangzhou.

The conference brought together researchers and practitioners working on renewable integration, power systems, and smart energy management. Three themes stood out:

🤖

AI in buildings

Smarter tools for building design and controls.

🔋

Energy storage

Rapid advances at building and grid scale.

⚡

Buildings and the grid

Better coordination between building demand and the grid.

For our clients in Ontario, these developments point toward more intelligent building automation, better data-driven energy decisions, and new opportunities to reduce operating costs in schools and commercial facilities. We are bringing these insights back to our HVAC, BAS, and energy efficiency work.

Staying connected to international research helps us give our clients practical, forward-looking advice.
